In just 25 minutes I propose to cook at home very tasty and light vegetable salad with croutons. Croutons can be made both from baguette, and from the usual rifled.

- We will prepare all the necessary ingredients.
- Wash fresh vegetables, dry and cut into small slices. Spread in a bowl.
- Lettuce leaves well washed and dried. Add to bowl with vegetables.
- Salt to taste, pour citrus juice, season vegetable or olive oil.
- Cut the baguette into thin slices, season with salt, paprika, garlic through a press, sprinkle with oil and thoroughly mix. Preheat the oven to 140 degrees and send there slices of baguette for 12-14 minutes.
- Gently mix the finished salad and spread on top croutons, serve immediately until croutons have soaked up the juice from lettuce.
