Light vegetable salad with croutons

In just 25 minutes I propose to cook at home very tasty and light vegetable salad with croutons. Croutons can be made both from baguette, and from the usual rifled.

  1. We will prepare all the necessary ingredients.
  2. Wash fresh vegetables, dry and cut into small slices. Spread in a bowl.
  3. Lettuce leaves well washed and dried. Add to bowl with vegetables.
  4. Salt to taste, pour citrus juice, season vegetable or olive oil.
  5. Cut the baguette into thin slices, season with salt, paprika, garlic through a press, sprinkle with oil and thoroughly mix. Preheat the oven to 140 degrees and send there slices of baguette for 12-14 minutes.
  6. Gently mix the finished salad and spread on top croutons, serve immediately until croutons have soaked up the juice from lettuce.
