- We chop arbitrarily tomato and kiwi. We beat the fillet, cut in small slices, salt a little, sprinkle with paprika and a little pour oil.
- Fry the pieces of fillet quickly for 1 minute with each side.
- Tear lettuce into pieces, sprinkle with olive oil and put on a plate. For refueling, mix 30 ml. olive oil and 15 ml. balsamic vinegar.
- Add lettuce, tomatoes, kiwi, chicken medallions and spray with dressing. Enjoy your meal!
