Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 1 medium-sized tomato, cut in half
  • 1 tbsp. l red wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. l freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • Pinch of sugar
  • 2 tbsp. l olive oil
  • 1/2 clove garlic, chop
  • 1/8 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/8 tsp dried basil
  • Sea salt and freshly ground pepper

Recipe preparation:

  1. Grate tomatoes with large holes, place pulp and juice in a bowl, discard the skin.
