A healthy low-calorie broccoli salad can be delicious! Everything it’s a matter of light cream dressing. The mayonnaise in it is replaced by a mixture semi-fat sour cream and yogurt. And so that the taste of broccoli does not seemed boring, her company will make crispy fried bacon. Just two strips per bowl of salad will be enough to revive its taste at the same time, not filling with extra calories. Choose high-quality bacon containing as little additives and salt as possible. Garnish the salad with contrasting notes of light raisins and sprinkle fried peeled seeds that harmoniously complement the juicy Broccoli with its rich taste. - 2 strips of lightly salted bacon
- 0.5 tbsp. ice cubes
- Half medium red onion, finely chopped
- 0.5 tbsp. yogurt or yogurt
- 1/3 Art. low fat sour cream
- 1/4 tsp finely grated lemon zest
- 1 tbsp. l freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 6.5 tbsp. broccoli inflorescences (approximately 0.5 kg.), cut into 1 bite sized pieces
- 1/3 Art. light raisins
- 2 tbsp. l salty fried sunflower seeds

Recipe preparation:
- Mix in a small bowl ice cubes, onions and 1 tbsp. water. Soak the onions for 10 minutes while preparing the salad, then drain the water, and dry the onion.
- In a small skillet with a non-stick coating on medium fry the bacon over low heat until it becomes crispy, about 8 minutes. Place on a paper towel plate so that drain excess fat, leaving 1 tsp. melted fat for refueling. Finely chop the strips of bacon and set aside.
- In a large bowl, mix yogurt, sour cream, zest and juice lemon, deferred fat from bacon, 3/4 tsp salt and black pepper taste. Put broccoli, onions and light raisins in the dressing. Good mix, cover the salad and refrigerate for 1-4 hours.
- Stir well before serving and add salt and pepper to taste. Transfer to a serving dish and sprinkle slices of fried bacon and seeds.
