This dessert tastes, looks and texture almost in exactly resembles a classic banana pudding, but it contains fewer calories and fat. There are no such traditional ingredients in it, like butter and heavy cream, milk itself is used low fat, just one egg and very little sugar. BUT velvety creamy texture and creamy pudding flavor gives sour cream with low fat content. - 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 large ripe bananas
- 8 pcs low vanilla wafer biscuits fat broken into pieces

Recipe preparation:
- In a large saucepan, combine sugar, corn starch and salt. Stir in the milk until smooth. Heat on moderately high heat, whisking until bubbles go. Take off fire.
- In a medium-sized bowl, beat the egg. Beating vigorously, slowly pour 1/4 tbsp into the egg. hot milk mixture; whisk until obtaining a homogeneous mass. Pour the mixture back into the pan and cook over medium heat, whisking vigorously until the pudding thickens and does not start to bubble, 1-2 minutes. Pour the mixture into a bowl, stir in sour cream and vanilla and cool, often whisking, until it thickens.
- Cut the bananas into thin slices. Put in 4 prepared a bowl of several slices of banana, a few pieces of cookies and 2 tbsp. l finished pudding; repeat the layers one more time and then put the remaining pudding on top. Serve or cover immediately and keep in the refrigerator for no longer than 4 hours.
