- We will prepare all the products we need.
- Wash the lentils and boil until tender.
- Peel the onion and cut into thin half rings.
- Heat oil in a frying pan. Fry the onion with the addition salt over medium heat until soft for about 5 minutes. Add half vinegar, sugar and two tablespoons of water. Cook for 5 minutes.
