  1. Soak dried mushrooms in a bowl, then rinse and grind.
  2. Fry chopped onions in a pan with vegetable oil, add to it the carrots, grated on a medium grater, slightly fry.
  3. Add to them chopped soaked mushrooms, mix, fry together.
  4. Put a pot (4 liters) with water on the fire, bring to a boil, lower the thawed porcini mushrooms, salt, pepper, cook for half an hour.
  5. Then put the potatoes, chopped into cubes or cubes, and lentils.
  6. Stewed vegetables also put in a bouillon. Cook about 15 more minutes.
  7. Serve the finished soup with chopped herbs.
