  1. Sort the lentils, rinse, pour cold water and put cook for 20 minutes. Red lentils need to be boiled after potato readiness.
  2. Meanwhile, peel the potatoes and chop in small cubes.
  3. Grate parsley and carrots.
  4. Cut the onion into a medium dice.
  5. Fry in vegetable oil until a light caramel color bow.
