- I put the beef on medium heat. Taking off the foam salt.
- While the beef is cooked, I will prepare all the vegetables for frying. Chop onions into small cubes, rub carrots on large grater.
- In hot sunflower oil, fry onions, carrots, add bell pepper (I have frozen), a few cloves garlic through a press, tomato paste, well fry everything.
