- Put the meat to boil.
- Remove the foam from the broth and cook until half cooked meat.
- Pull the meat out of the broth and cut into small pieces.
- Rinse the lentils and put in the broth, put the meat in bouillon.
- Add salt to taste and put on a stove over medium heat at least 1 hour, until lentils are ready.
- Chop the onion.
- Grate carrots.
- Grate 1 tomato on a grater.
- Fry the onion in butter, add stir the carrots.
- Lightly fry carrots with onions.
- Add tomato and stew for 3 minutes.
- When the lentils are cooked, add diced potatoes and bay leaf in the soup.
- Cook potatoes for about 20 minutes until cooked.
- Add frying and greens. Mix.
