- Cut the avocado into halves, remove the stone, chop the flesh into cubes. We will save the peel for serving.
- Cut the red onion into 4 parts and chop finely. Mix onion with lentils and avocado cubes, add lime juice, olive oil, salt, pepper to taste and mix.
