Lentil cutlets are a tasty dish for vegetarians and those who observes the Fast. Cooking them at home is not at all difficult! Want to make a side dish? He is not needed for these cutlets. Submit to them sauerkraut and homemade pickles.

- Rinse the lentils and cook until cooked as indicated on packaging.
