  1. Rinse the lentils and cook until cooked as indicated on packaging.
  2. Chop the onion finely. Chop the garlic.
  3. Remove the seeds from the chili pepper and chop finely.
  4. Fry onion, garlic and chili in a pan with butter until golden color.
  5. Drain the lentils, let cool and chop the blender, but not to the state of mashed potatoes.
  6. Combine lentils, sautéed vegetables and seasonings. Good mix.
  7. Add honey. Pour in the cornmeal (you can replace it with any other).
  8. Mix everything and add salt to taste.
  9. Form cutlets with wet hands and fry in a pan with a small amount of oil for 1-2 minutes on each side.
