  1. Melt the butter in a stewpan. Fry slices on it pork, onion, garlic and carrots.
  2. We spread a young zucchini to them. Stew for 5 minutes.
  3. Pour lentils into the stewpan, fry, dry roots and flakes tomatoes. Mix everything thoroughly to cereal with pasta soaked in vegetable and meat juice.
  4. Pour in about 3 liters of water, not more.
  5. Cook over low heat for about a quarter of an hour.
  6. As soon as the lentils are cooked and the soup thickens, pour in chopped greens, salt and turn off the fire. We give another 5-10 minutes steam under the lid and arrange on plates.
