- Dip washed lentils in boiling water.
- Cut the carrots into small pieces.
- Chop onions into a large cube.
- Peppers, seeds, cut off partitions and stalk. Cut it into large half rings.
- Fry vegetables in butter, along with sliced into four parts of garlic.
- The carrots should be fully cooked.
- Dip the washed lentils into boiling water, cook for 15 minutes. Salt and lower the bay leaf.
- Put the fried vegetables in the soup.
- Simmer for 20 minutes.
- Remove bay leaf and break the soup with a blender.
- Add nutmeg, black pepper.
- Pour the cream into the soup and warm to a boil.
- Serve with olive oil.
