  2. Cut the carrots into small pieces.
  3. Chop onions into a large cube.
  4. Peppers, seeds, cut off partitions and stalk. Cut it into large half rings.
  5. Fry vegetables in butter, along with sliced ​​into four parts of garlic.
  6. The carrots should be fully cooked.
  7. Dip the washed lentils into boiling water, cook for 15 minutes. Salt and lower the bay leaf.
  8. Put the fried vegetables in the soup.
  9. Simmer for 20 minutes.
  10. Remove bay leaf and break the soup with a blender.
  11. Add nutmeg, black pepper.
  12. Pour the cream into the soup and warm to a boil.
