- Cut feta cheese into medium cubes.
- Wash the tomato and cut into medium-sized cubes.
- Peel red onion and chop finely, peel and chop garlic on the petals. Fry onion and garlic in olive oil.
- Bell peppers are cleared from the tail, partitions and seeds. Boil a little in boiling water for about 3 minutes. Cool and cut into cubes.
- Drain the liquid from the lentils and put in a salad bowl, add fried onion, bell pepper and tomato.
- Salad and pepper, add basil and pour olive oil, lemon juice and balsamic vinegar. Mix everything and send to the refrigerator for 60 minutes.
