  1. Sort green lentils and rinse in cold water.
  2. Peel onions, cut into small cubes.
  3. Chop the leek and gut it. Rinse under a stream of cold water, washing away the remains of the earth between the stems of the leek. Then dry thoroughly. Fold onions in a clean towel, twist ends and shake several times.
  4. Sort spinach, rinse and chop.
  5. Heat vegetable oil in a saucepan and then two kind of onion to light brown, as well as chopped carrot.
  6. Sprinkle lentils and fry for 3-5 minutes.
  7. Pour in water, bring to a boil, reduce heat.
  8. Simmer for 1.5 hours.
  9. The soup needs to be salted when the lentils are almost ready.
  10. Put spinach in the soup and boil for a quarter of an hour.
  11. Before serving soup, lemon must be poured into it. juice and stir.
