  1. Cut onions and carrots coarsely. Fry 5 minutes on vegetable oil.
  2. Add salt and spices, pour in water.
  3. Cut potatoes and cabbage into large pieces, add to frying with bay leaf. Simmer for 10 minutes under the lid.
  4. Add greens, mix and simmer another 5-10 minutes until readiness.
