- Soak chopped peas for three hours.
- Turn on the “Extinguishing” program at the multicooker (90 minutes). Into the bowl add oil and sauté onion with carrots 5 min.
- Dice potatoes and put in bowl together with washed peas and dry herbs.
- Pour boiling water over the products. Boil soup without a lid for half an hour.
- For the remaining time, close the lid and cook at a slow quenching.
- Serve with croutons.
