Lean pea soup is as good as meat fellow, especially if done with croutons and a bit unrefined olive oil, sprinkled, to reinforce aroma, freshly ground black pepper. And especially if you cook at home soup using a slow cooker.

  1. Soak chopped peas for three hours.
  2. Turn on the “Extinguishing” program at the multicooker (90 minutes). Into the bowl add oil and sauté onion with carrots 5 min.
  3. Dice potatoes and put in bowl together with washed peas and dry herbs.
  4. Pour boiling water over the products. Boil soup without a lid for half an hour.
  5. For the remaining time, close the lid and cook at a slow quenching.
  6. Serve with croutons.
