- Oatmeal must be poured with hot water and left on half an hour so that they swell.
- Rub onion on a coarse grater and add to oatmeal.
- Grate the potato and add to the onion with oatmeal flakes.
- We also grate the carrots and add to the rest ingredients. Mix the mixture, add chopped garlic, spices, salt and pepper.
- Mix again and form the cutlets of the required size, roll each cutlet in breadcrumbs. Cutlets fry on both sides until golden in a preheated pan with oil.
