  1. Oatmeal must be poured with hot water and left on half an hour so that they swell.
  2. Rub onion on a coarse grater and add to oatmeal.
  3. Grate the potato and add to the onion with oatmeal flakes.
  4. We also grate the carrots and add to the rest ingredients. Mix the mixture, add chopped garlic, spices, salt and pepper.
  5. Mix again and form the cutlets of the required size, roll each cutlet in breadcrumbs. Cutlets fry on both sides until golden in a preheated pan with oil.
