  1. 1 chop onion finely and fry on vegetable oil.
  2. Cut eggplant into cubes. Add to the pan with onions and fry for 3 minutes. Add a little water, close the lid, simmer 5 more minutes.
  3. Cut bell pepper and tomatoes, add to the pan. Stew for another 15 minutes. Add finely chopped garlic. Mix. After 1-2 minutes remove from heat.
  4. Finely chop the second onion and fry in another pan in vegetable oil.
  5. Add flour to the onion and fry over low heat. Stir, so that there are no lumps.
  6. Pour 300 ml of water. Put salt, pepper and bay leaf. Add chopped basil. Cook over low heat 10 minutes, not forgetting to constantly stir.
  7. Grease a baking dish with oil. Lay out layers: lasagna, sauce, eggplant. Lasagna again, eggplant sauce. Third grease a layer of lasagna with sauce.
  8. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Bake with lasagna 30-40 minutes.
