  1. In a deep bowl, mix the flour with water and mayonnaise – knead the dough. If necessary, add more water if the dough is hard or vice versa flour if the dough is liquid.

  2. Cover the finished dough with cling film and set aside on 20 minutes at room temperature.

  3. Soak the mushrooms briefly in water, and rinse the cabbage with cold running water.

  4. Fry diced in a deep pan or stewpan onion, then add cabbage, mushrooms and 600 ml of water. Put all your favorite condiments, cook until the cabbage is soft. Set the finished stuffing aside so that it cools down.

  5. Roll out the dough thinly on a table sprinkled with flour. Then cut round pieces from it with a glass. add ready-made stuffing. Boil dumplings in salted water on for 3-5 minutes.
