- Rub carrots on a fine grater.
- Finely chop the onion.
- Fry onion with carrot in oil.
- Soak the bread in water for two minutes and squeeze.
- Through a meat grinder we pass bread, beans, frying.
- Add salt, herbs, flour, spices and chopped garlic.
- Mix everything, form cutlets and bread in breadcrumbs.
- Well, heat the pan, pour oil and fry on one side. Turn over, cover and cook in for two to three minutes over low heat.
