Our family loves beetroot, and we always cook it just like that at home – in the lean version, and not on the broth. Fragrant sunflower oil gives it a special real vegetable taste. Be sure to try to make it very tasty!

- Peel and chop onions, carrots, beets and potatoes in small cubes.
- Pour unrefined sunflower oil into the pan, heat the oil.
- Put all the vegetables in oil, stirring and fry for a couple of minutes, reduce heat, cover and simmer another 10 minutes.
- Add the required amount of water, cook another 5-10 minutes.
- Add bay leaf, peppercorns and garlic, salt to taste, remove from heat and let the soup brew. Beetroot soup like and any vegetable soup tastes better on the second day, so the longer it takes will insist the better.
- Serve with sour cream and fresh dill. Have a nice appetite!
