This is a very simple recipe for making homemade manti! Light dinner – delicious lazy manti. I just fell in love with them, very juicy are obtained. Of this amount, I got 3 pans, i.e. for 3 dinners. I made only one batch the rest froze for the next quick dinners.

  1. Knead the dough, gradually add flour so as not to go too far, otherwise the dough will be too steep. We need a malleable. Leave the dough for 30 minutes, in a covered bowl.
