This is a very simple recipe for making homemade manti! Light dinner – delicious lazy manti. I just fell in love with them, very juicy are obtained. Of this amount, I got 3 pans, i.e. for 3 dinners. I made only one batch the rest froze for the next quick dinners.

- Knead the dough, gradually add flour so as not to go too far, otherwise the dough will be too steep. We need a malleable. Leave the dough for 30 minutes, in a covered bowl.
