Recipe preparation:

  1. Bring salted water to a boil in a saucepan. Meanwhile mix zucchini with 1/2 tsp. salt and put in a colander, mounted over a large bowl. Leave for 10 minutes, then squeeze excess moisture.
  2. Throw lasagna into boiling water and mix vigorously, in order to so that the pasta does not stick together. Cook the pasta for 12 minutes. Cast from the pan 1/2 tbsp. fluid, drain the rest.
  3. Meanwhile, melt the butter in a pan. Add cherry tomatoes and fry until a little softened, about 4 minutes Stir in the zucchini, lemon zest and continue. cook, slightly kneading tomatoes with a wooden spatula until zucchini will not become soft, about 4 minutes Salt and pepper.
