- Mix flour, eggs, water, salt and vegetable oil and knead dough. Cover with a towel for an hour.
- We twist the meat in a meat grinder, salt, pepper to taste.
- Finely chop the onion and fry in vegetable oil. Add to forcemeat with egg and mix the forcemeat well.
- Sprinkle flour on the table and roll out the dough. Spread on top on the dough with an even layer of minced meat and twist into a roll.
- We cut the roll into slices, 5 cm wide. Each slice pinch from the end and we get a rose.
- Boil, or cook on a double boiler until cooked.
- Serve with sour cream and herbs.
