How do I like dumplings? I don’t even know which ones anymore — with cottage cheese or with potatoes? But I know for sure that very often I feel lazy sculpt ??? How actually today? Therefore cooked lazy vareniki ? Maybe they don’t taste exactly like traditional stuffed dumplings, but nevertheless very tasty ??

  1. I spread the cottage cheese in the bowl of the combine, to which I add eggs, salt, sugar, grind everything thoroughly. The cottage cheese can also be wiped through a fine sieve to achieve a more delicate consistency.
  2. Add flour to the resulting mass. How much flour will take depends on the degree of moisture of the cottage cheese and flour.
  3. Knead the soft dough.
  4. I wrap in cling film and leave to rest for 15 minutes.
  5. I divide the dough into four parts. I roll each part into a sausage and divide into small washers.
  6. Then I crush, turning into a small cake and fold ends as shown in the video.
  7. Dip dumplings in salted boiling water, mix.
  8. After surfacing the dumplings, I cook them for about a minute and take them out. Immediately add the butter, mix and serve with sour cream.
