Therefore cooked lazy vareniki ? Maybe they don’t taste exactly like traditional stuffed dumplings, but nevertheless very tasty ??

- I spread the cottage cheese in the bowl of the combine, to which I add eggs, salt, sugar, grind everything thoroughly. The cottage cheese can also be wiped through a fine sieve to achieve a more delicate consistency.
- Add flour to the resulting mass. How much flour will take depends on the degree of moisture of the cottage cheese and flour.
- Knead the soft dough.
- I wrap in cling film and leave to rest for 15 minutes.
- I divide the dough into four parts. I roll each part into a sausage and divide into small washers.
- Then I crush, turning into a small cake and fold ends as shown in the video.
- Dip dumplings in salted boiling water, mix.
- After surfacing the dumplings, I cook them for about a minute and take them out. Immediately add the butter, mix and serve with sour cream.
