- 500 gr. add chopped Chinese cabbage 500 gr ground beef, 1 onion? chopped blender, 1 egg, salt and spices to taste, 150 gr. raw washed rice.
- Mix everything thoroughly and form cabbage rolls, slightly repelling them in the hands.
- Spread cabbage rolls in hot oil, fry under the lid over medium heat from all sides.
- In a blender, grind a bunch of dill, 5 cloves of garlic and add 400 ml. pulp of tomatoes.
- Pour stuffed cabbage with a tomato mixture, add another 200 ml boiling water.
- Stew on the smallest fire under the lid for 35 minutes.
- It can be served with a side dish or as an independent dish.
