  1. 500 gr. add chopped Chinese cabbage 500 gr ground beef, 1 onion? chopped blender, 1 egg, salt and spices to taste, 150 gr. raw washed rice.
  2. Mix everything thoroughly and form cabbage rolls, slightly repelling them in the hands.
  3. Spread cabbage rolls in hot oil, fry under the lid over medium heat from all sides.
  4. In a blender, grind a bunch of dill, 5 cloves of garlic and add 400 ml. pulp of tomatoes.
  5. Pour stuffed cabbage with a tomato mixture, add another 200 ml boiling water.
  6. Stew on the smallest fire under the lid for 35 minutes.
  7. It can be served with a side dish or as an independent dish.
