  1. Boil 100 rice (boiled 300 g).
  2. Grind chicken fillet with a blender (or meat grinders).
  3. Finely chop the cabbage.
  4. Add to the bowl minced chicken, cabbage, rice, egg, good mix. Salt, pepper, mix. Add 20 gr chopped greens, mix.
  5. Pour 1 tbsp of oil into the pan. Slice minced meat round cutlets, put in a pan. Fry on each side for 5-7 minutes.
  6. Sauce: pour chopped tomatoes into a bowl in your own juice and sour cream, salt, mix well. Pour the patties with sauce and simmer for 35-45 minutes. Add 20 gr at the end greens. Bon appetit.
