- Cut the pita bread into strips and lay on the edge of each stuffing.
- Roll the pita into a triangle, as shown in the video.
- Beat the egg and add milk, all is well mix.
- With egg-milk mixture, coat each envelope and send to preheated skillet (without oil) for a couple of minutes. PLEASANT APPETIT !!!
