  1. Make x-shaped cuts on tomatoes and pour boiling water on five minutes. Peel and mash them with mashed potatoes using blender or grater. Add tomato paste to tomato puree (I always add ketchup) and mix.
  2. Bolognese sauce. Chop onion, fry in oil; add mince, pepper, salt, fry until cooked over medium heat. Add tomato puree. Continue cooking for 5 minutes, until excess liquid will evaporate. Add basil and parsley.
  3. Bechamel sauce. Melt butter in a cauldron, add flour, pass a couple of minutes. Then remove from heat and pour there milk in a thin stream, stirring vigorously. Put on again slow fire and cook constantly stirring until thick (minutes 5-7). Add spices at the end.
  4. We collect lasagna. Lubricate the mold with oil. Lasagna sheets in advance cook (if required by the instructions on the package). We collect lasagna in the following sequence: sheets of lasagna, Bechamel, Bolognese, grated cheese. Bake lasagna in the oven at 200 degrees 40 minutes. 5 minutes before cooking, sprinkle the last layer with grated cheese again.
