  • 2 tbsp. grilled chicken meat (boneless and skinless)
  • 1/4 Art. pickled jalapenos, chopped
  • 1 tbsp. l chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • 2 cloves of garlic, chop finely
  • 2 tbsp. mixes of grated cheeses
  • 2 cans (285 gr. Each) enchiladas sauce
  • 1/3 Art. sour cream
  • 4 stalks of green onions, chopped, white and green part separately

Recipe preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 220 ° C.
  2. Boil a large pot of salted water over high heat. Boil the lasagna dough, stirring occasionally, for 1 min. longer than necessary until al dente according to packaging. Paste should be soft enough to fold into a roll, not cracking. Drain and rinse with cold water. Lay out one layer on a baking sheet.
  3. Meanwhile, in a large container, thoroughly mix the chicken meat, jalapeno, chili powder, cumin, garlic, 1 tbsp. cheese, 1/2 tbsp. sauce enchilada, 1 tbsp. l sour cream and white onion.
  4. Lubricate the bottom of the baking dish (33 x 22 cm.) 1/4 tbsp. sauce enchiladas. On a clean work surface, put half of the finished paste and spread on sheets about 1/4 tbsp. chicken fillings, fully covering. Roll into a roll, starting from the short edge. Shift to the prepared form with a seam down. Repeat with the remaining paste and stuffing. Pour over the rolls with the remaining enchiladas sauce, then sprinkle 1 tbsp. cheese. Cover with foil and bake for about 20 minutes to the rolls warmed up, and bubbles appeared in the sauce. Remove the foil and bake for about 10 minutes. until golden brown. Give stand the casserole for 5 minutes.
  5. Stir in the remaining sour cream 2 tbsp. l water and pour rolls from above. Sprinkle with the green part of the onion.
