  1. Peel and finely chop the onion.
  2. Wash the lamb, dry and cut into pieces.
  3. Saute the lamb. Add onions and fry for another five minutes.
  4. Add honey to the meat, give a little caramelized.
  5. Add grape juice, salt, pepper, bring to boiling.
  6. Add hot water so that the meat is under it.
  7. Simmer for an hour and a half.
  8. In another pan, 20 minutes before cooking the meat, heat butter.
  9. Pour the washed grapes into boiling oil, sprinkle with sugar and fry over high heat for about five minutes.
  10. Add grapes to meat and mix.
