  1. The first step is to prepare the marinade. For this in a separate mix pomegranate syrup, oil, lemon juice in a deep bowl, grated garlic and pepper. Mix everything thoroughly.

  2. Lamb meat should be washed and brushed with a paper towel. Cut it into portioned pieces, the size of which should be 4 by 4 or 5 by 5 cm. Put the meat in a bowl with marinade and set it aside in the refrigerator for 6 hours, and best of all – for the whole night.

  3. Put meat on skewers and fry on the grill 25-30 minutes before state of readiness. Consume hot when serving sprinkle with cilantro.
