- Wash meat, remove bones, remove films and grease. Chopped small squares.

- Roll out the rest of the dough with a thickness of 6 mm, in the middle we do hole. Cover the pie with dough and pinch the edges in the form of a pigtail. From the remnants of the dough we make a rope and decorate the cake. From above grease with an egg.
- Pour 2 tablespoons of water through the hole if you have NOT used tomatoes in the filling.
- We send the cake to the oven. The temperature is 200 degrees. Bake until browning.
- Then we reduce the oven to 180 degrees, cover the top of the pie parchment paper dipped in water. Bake another 30 minutes.
- Serve hot, without removing from the pan.
