Ingredients for the recipe:
- 2 diced 2.5 cm. Lamb shoulder steak (approximately 450 gr.)
- 1/4 Art. olive oil
- 4 minced cloves of garlic (approximately 4 tsp)
- Zest and juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tbsp. l chopped fresh oregano
- 3/4 Art. greek yogurt
- 1 coarsely grated and wrung out small Kirby cucumber (approximately 1/3 Art.)
- 2 tbsp. l chopped fresh dill
- 250 ml cherry tomatoes
- Salt and ground black pepper
- 1 diced the same size as tomatoes, zucchini medium sized zucchini

Recipe preparation:
- In a thick plastic bag with a zipper, mix lamb with 2 Art. l olive oil, 3 tsp garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice and oregano. Put marinated in the refrigerator for at least for an hour or for a night. In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, cucumbers, dill and the remaining teaspoon of garlic. Add salt over to taste.
- Preheat the grill to a moderate heat. Soak in water 12 bamboo skewers for 10 min. Stir the tomatoes and zucchini with the remaining 2 tbsp. l olive oil. String on skewers alternating lamb, cherry tomatoes and zucchini, then sprinkle kebabs salt and pepper on all sides. Grill periodically turning over for about 10 minutes until lamb reaches low-fry state. Serve with yogurt sauce.
