  1. The first step is to thoroughly clean, wash, and pat dry with a paper towel. Cut meat into standard portion pieces for barbecue ~ 5 by 5 centimeters.

  2. Now proceed to the preparation of the marinade. In a separate deep mix kefir, oil, squeeze the juice of 1 lemon, and also here add lemon zest, chopped garlic, salt and spices.

  3. In another deep bowl, put the cilantro on the bottom, then on put pieces of lamb and pour in the cooked marinade. Place the dishes in the refrigerator for 12 hours. note that before cooking, the meat should be already at room temperature, therefore, lamb must first be removed from the refrigerator.

  4. Put meat on skewers and fry on the grill until it is full readiness. Serve lamb skewers with baked potatoes, pita bread or fresh vegetables.
