  1. Finely chop the onions and tomatoes.
  2. First put onion on a piece of baking foil, top put the meat, add salt and pepper. Put tomatoes on the meat.
  3. Wrap the meat in foil and set to bake in pre preheated oven to 180 degrees for 40-50min.
  4. Meanwhile, make the sauce. Put the garlic in the blender, nuts, butter, lime juice, salt and pepper. Grind everything up homogeneous consistency.
  5. Serve meat with sauce. Enjoy your meal!
