  1. Peel and wash the potatoes, cut into 4 parts, if small, then at 2.
  2. Add spices (paprika, cayenne pepper).
  3. Add 1 tsp. Caucasian adjika.
  4. Pour in sunflower oil and add Adyghe salt (you can normal). To stir thoroughly.
  5. 500 gr. lamb cut from the hind leg (any part is possible), rinse and cut into small pieces.
  6. Add spices and salt (black pepper, sumac, dried rosemary and basil).
  7. Add 1 tsp. Caucasian adjika. Pour in sunflower oil and soy sauce, mix everything.
  8. Pickle for 20-30 minutes.
  9. Put potatoes in a baking dish, in the middle we make a small depression, and lay out the lamb.
  10. On top, put the sliced ​​tomato.
  11. Cover with foil and bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 220 gr. under foil and 15 minutes without foil.
