- Peel and wash the potatoes, cut into 4 parts, if small, then at 2.
- Add spices (paprika, cayenne pepper).
- Add 1 tsp. Caucasian adjika.
- Pour in sunflower oil and add Adyghe salt (you can normal). To stir thoroughly.
- 500 gr. lamb cut from the hind leg (any part is possible), rinse and cut into small pieces.
- Add spices and salt (black pepper, sumac, dried rosemary and basil).
- Add 1 tsp. Caucasian adjika. Pour in sunflower oil and soy sauce, mix everything.
- Pickle for 20-30 minutes.
- Put potatoes in a baking dish, in the middle we make a small depression, and lay out the lamb.
- On top, put the sliced tomato.
- Cover with foil and bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 220 gr. under foil and 15 minutes without foil.
