  1. First, prepare the noodles. To do this, knead fresh dough (knead the flour with water), roll it out and cut into thin stripes. Boil the finished noodles in pre-salted water.
  2. Vegetables and meat serve as ingredients for the sauce. Cut beef slices and fry well in a pan until a crust appears. TO add finely chopped onion, radish and pepper to the meat.
  3. Fry the whole mixture.
  4. Chop the garlic and add it to the meat along with tomato mashed potatoes.
  5. Pour the resulting dish with broth from noodles and simmer until readiness.
  6. Before serving, warm up the noodles and fill it with sauce. Vinegar serve separately
