- First, prepare the noodles. To do this, knead fresh dough (knead the flour with water), roll it out and cut into thin stripes. Boil the finished noodles in pre-salted water.
- Vegetables and meat serve as ingredients for the sauce. Cut beef slices and fry well in a pan until a crust appears. TO add finely chopped onion, radish and pepper to the meat.
- Fry the whole mixture.
