  1. Rinse millet 5-7 times in hot water.
  2. Rinse, dry, chicken ventricles, hearts and liver, slice.
  3. Boil the ventricles until ready in 600 ml. water. Bouillon strain. Fry the hearts in vegetable oil until tender, add liver and boiled ventricles. Fry for 5 minutes.
  4. Cut fat, melt in a pan. Fry onions on it with carrots.

  5. In the pan put washed millet, onions with carrots and fried offal. Pour in the broth in which the ventricles were boiled, add a liter water.
  6. Put on fire, bring to a boil. Salt, put spices, reduce heat and cook for 25 minutes.
