- Rinse millet 5-7 times in hot water.

- Boil the ventricles until ready in 600 ml. water. Bouillon strain. Fry the hearts in vegetable oil until tender, add liver and boiled ventricles. Fry for 5 minutes.
- Cut fat, melt in a pan. Fry onions on it with carrots.

- In the pan put washed millet, onions with carrots and fried offal. Pour in the broth in which the ventricles were boiled, add a liter water.
- Put on fire, bring to a boil. Salt, put spices, reduce heat and cook for 25 minutes.
