Kuksi: recipe video

0

Kuksi is an incredibly delicious dish of Korean cuisine. It’s such cold soup, which includes a variety of Korean salads, kuksi muri (broth) and noodles. Cookies can be served hot, but in hot it seems to me not so tasty and rich as in cold. Eat with chopsticks or a fork. The broth is usually drunk straight from a scythe, or they don’t drink at all, but leave it, eating only noodles with salads. There are many cooking options, I cooked according to the recipe my mom and grandmother. This is the taste of my childhood and whoever I cook this dish – everyone liked it! In Korean cuisine (and in many kitchens) usually all dishes are made to taste, you need once try, remember the same taste, then to reproduce. I tried to calculate the proportions as accurately as possible in order to convey the taste of kuksi I’m so used to. If you do it right, then you will definitely like this dish.

Let’s get started!
