Kufta Salmon Kebab

Kufta salmon kebab – a detailed recipe for cooking. friends: Photo Kufta salmon kebabTime: 35 minutes Difficulty: easy Servings: 4 – 6 In the recipes volumetric containers are used in volume: 1 cup (tbsp.) – 240 ml. 3/4 cups (st.) – 180 ml. 1/2 cup (tbsp.) – 120 ml. 1/3 cup (Art.) – 80 ml. 1/4 cup (st.) – 60 ml. 1 tablespoon (tbsp) – 15 ml. 1 teaspoon (tsp) – 5 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 450 gr salmon meat from the stomach or tail
  • 2 tbsp. l finely chopped cilantro leaves
  • 2 tsp finely chopped fresh ginger
  • 2 tsp finely chopped lemongrass
  • 1 tsp finely chopped garlic
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 8 bamboo skewers (soak in water for 30 minutes)
  • Olive oil for lubrication
  • Natural yogurt or ready-made yogurt dip sauce for filing

Recipe preparation:

  1. Preheat the grill to a moderately low temperature. Chop meat salmon with a knife or in a food processor, trying not to grind it too much. Mix salmon with cilantro, ginger, lemongrass, garlic and salt. Hands form straight on skewers small cutlets. Make sure the cutlets are tight stick on skewers before putting them on the grill.
  2. Grease the grill with olive oil. Grill kebabs until salmon readiness, approximately 2-3 min. from each side. Take off grilled kebab and serve immediately with natural yogurt or your favorite yogurt dip sauce.
