I share with you a recipe for a delicious spicy main course from seafood with vegetables that goes well with rice. An ingredient you may not have is spicy paste from red pepper or kochudyan. If you want to cook hot more often Korean dishes, you can purchase this paste in online stores. It is good as a sauce for fresh vegetables, for example.

- Pull out frozen seafood in advance in a natural way.
- Wash vegetables, peel, cut into small flat pieces, not cubes. You can use a different set of vegetables. Also Peking cabbage and bell pepper (green and red).
- Pour over a frying pan with vegetable oil. Fry first onions, then add all the other vegetables. Fry over high heat stirring constantly for several minutes.
- Add 1 tablespoon of pepper paste.
- Also add hot red dry pepper. Mix with vegetables.
- Rinse thawed seafood, carefully drain water from them (paper towels are available).
- Add seafood to vegetables. Keep frying on strong on fire, not forgetting to stir, for about 10 minutes. Vegetables should remain a little raw, crispy, aldente.
- Serve with round grain rice. Please note in Korea they use round rice, not long. it is recommended to mix rice with the main course, give it soak in hot sauce.
