- 1/2 head of Beijing cabbage (Napa cabbage)
- 3 red jalapenos, chopped
- 2 tbsp. l chopped ginger
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 6 green onion feathers
- 1 tsp dried pepper flakes
- 2 tbsp. l fish sauce
- 2 tbsp. l salt
- 1/4 Art. Sahara

Recipe preparation:
- To prepare a Korean seasoning for the fermentation of vegetables: mix jalapeno peppers, garlic, salt, sugar in a food processor, ginger, red pepper flakes and fish sauce.
- Cut the leaves of Beijing cabbage into 5 cm. Pieces, green onions cut into 5 cm. sleeper; mix with hot seasoning or lay out layers of cabbage, smearing each layer with a sharp paste. Leave in cool place for 4 hours. Serve the cabbage as a side dish to fried rice or steak.
