Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 140 – 170 gr. glass rice noodle
  • 1/3 Art. soy sauce
  • 5 tbsp. l sesame oil
  • 1 clove of garlic, chop
  • 1/3 Art. brown sugar
  • 1.5 tbsp. l cider vinegar
  • 340 gr beef flank, cut across the fibers thin sliced
  • 1 onion, cut into half rings
  • Coarse salt
  • 280 gr shiitake mushrooms, legs cut off, hats large slice
  • 1 tbsp. grated carrots
  • 6 tbsp. young spinach (approximately 280 gr.)

Recipe preparation:

  1. Pour the noodles with warm water, leave to soften for 5 – 10 min., then drain the water. Cut the noodles with kitchen scissors into short pieces.
  2. Meanwhile, mix in a bowl soy sauce, 3 tbsp. l sesame seeds oils, garlic, brown sugar and vinegar. Put the beef in another bowl and mix with 2 tbsp. l mixtures of soy sauce.
  3. Heat 2 tsp in a large pan. sesame oil to high temperature. Add onion, 1 tsp. salt and fry constantly stirring for 2 minutes Add the beef and continue to roast, stirring constantly until tender. Transfer beef with onions to a bowl.
  4. Dry the pan, heat to high and add 2 tsp. sesame oil. Add mushrooms, carrots and fry, stirring constantly for 3 minutes. Add noodles and 2 tbsp. l soy sauce mixtures; fry, stirring constantly for another 1 min. Add 1/3 Art. water and continue cooking for another 3 min. Shift to a bowl of beef.
  5. Dry the pan, heat to high and add 2 tsp. sesame oil. Add spinach and the remaining mixture. soy sauce, cook, stirring, 1 min. Shift spinach to beef and stir.
