Korean Seaweed Salad: video recipe


Sea kale is rich in iodine, which is so important for our body, so it must be included in the diet. Of course, seaweed in itself is quite tasty, but I want offer a more pleasant option of serving it in the form of a salad.   1. Cut the pepper into thin strips.
  2. Grate the carrots on a coarse grater.
  3. Cut lettuce into thin half rings.
  4. Stack grated and chopped vegetables. Add to them canned seaweed without liquid.
  5. Prepare the sauce: combine apple cider vinegar, soy sauce, coriander, sugar passed through garlic press.
  6. Pour the mixed salad into the prepared sauce and again mix. Let the salad stand for 10-15 minutes and serve to the table. Enjoy your meal.
