  1. Coarse chopped eggplant and peppers, Chinese cabbage – stripes. Ginger and garlic – thin straws.
  2. Chopped chili peppers in circles and mix with chopped green onions.
  3. Then fry the eggplant first, then the bell pepper and Chinese cabbage for 5 minutes.
  4. Transfer vegetables to a deep bowl. Mix with pepper, garlic, green onions, ginger. Leave to cool.
  5. Mix soy sauce, salt, sugar, sesame oil, rice vinegar and sesame seeds. Mix well.
  6. Pour the resulting dressing into vegetables, mix gently and let it soak for 10 minutes.
  7. Garnish the finished side dish with green onions or sesame seeds.
