This is an adapted version of cucumbers in Korean. They are not like that sharp and saturated what should be. But not less than delicious!

- My cucumbers and cut into oblong slices.
- Spread in a deep bowl.
- Add salt, black pepper, vinegar 70%, sugar, coriander, red pepper flakes, soy sauce. If available, fresh cilantro, then safely add to the salad! It will be even tastier!
- Peel the garlic and pass through the garlic press, or rub on a fine grater. Add to the cucumbers.
- All mix well. Let us brew at least 30 minutes.
