Korean coleslaw with cucumbers: video recipe

  1. Finely chop the cabbage into strips.
  2. Cut the cucumber into thin half rings.
  3. Add salt to the cabbage (1 teaspoon with a slide). Good think everything with your hands and mix.

  8. Add sugar, vinegar, minced garlic to the cabbage salad, adinamodu (sodium gluconate), black pepper and mid-red pepper.
  9. In a pan, heat the vegetable oil and pour it red pepper in a salad. This step is very important, red pepper should give a flavor!
  10. We wash fresh cilantro, chop and add to the salad. Not here neither parsley, nor dill, nor green onions will do. Only cilantro! If a it is not, then you can replace it with coriander.
  11. Add soy sauce. All mix well. Salad ready! It will be even tastier when infused.
