- Finely chop the cabbage into strips.
- Cut the cucumber into thin half rings.
- Add salt to the cabbage (1 teaspoon with a slide). Good think everything with your hands and mix.

- We wash fresh cilantro, chop and add to the salad. Not here neither parsley, nor dill, nor green onions will do. Only cilantro! If a it is not, then you can replace it with coriander.
- Add soy sauce. All mix well. Salad ready! It will be even tastier when infused.
